I am writing to request a manual review of a refund application that has exceeded the 14-day window. The game is [Game Name], order number [Order Number], purchased on [Purchase Date].

I am fully aware that the policy requires requests within 14 days of purchase. The reason for this delay is not procrastination or forgetfulness — I have been waiting, with genuine hope, for the developer to release patches and fix the state of the game, which was nearly unplayable from day one.

I downloaded and tried the game immediately after purchasing, but ran into severe technical issues: frequent crashes, extremely low framerate, and consistent freezing at certain points. The official announcements and community posts made it clear that the developer acknowledged these issues and promised upcoming patches. Out of love for this game and trust in the team, I chose to wait instead of refunding right away.

Over the following two weeks, every time a new patch dropped, I would re-download or verify files and launch the game to test if things had improved. Unfortunately, patch after patch, the core problems remain. The X hours of playtime on record are almost entirely from these failed testing attempts and crash restarts. At no point was I able to play smoothly for more than 10 consecutive minutes.

I am not exploiting the refund system — I simply gave the developer more than enough patience and time to deliver on their promises. But the reality is that the game remains in an unplayable state on my system, far beyond what I can reasonably endure. I sincerely ask for your considerate judgment in granting this refund.
