不再延期！《森林之子》將以搶先體驗形式發佈

今日開發商 Endnight Games 宣佈，經典生存遊戲《森林》續作《森林之子》將於 2 月 24 日以搶先體驗形式在 Steam 上推出。

雖然遊戲此前已經公佈了 2 月 24 日的發售日期，但是官方原計劃是以完整體驗直接推出。

在官方 Steam 上發佈的公告中，開發團隊表示遊戲經過漫長開發變成了他們製作過的“最大最複雜的遊戲”。他們希望能夠補充許多遊戲內的功能，包括“物品、新機制、遊戲平衡等”。但是他們不想再次延期，因此決定以搶先體驗形式發佈。

© The hotly anticipated survival horror game Sons of the Forest has been delayed – sort of. The developers are sticking to the February 23 launch date, but the game is now in Early Access. “We still have a lot to add: items, new mechanics, gameplay balance and much more,” the developers write. “We didn’t want to delay the game again, so we decided to involve the community in further development of the project and keep the February 23 release date, but release the game in early access instead.” Sons of the Forest has been delayed several times since its announcement in 2019. The developers have announced the delay until the current date of February 23 as the “final” postponement. The original game spent nearly four years in Early Access, and the developers credit the game’s success “largely to the amazing community and the suggestions, feedback, and bug reports players have shared with us.” Let’s hope that Sons of the Forest’s stay in Early Access will bring the same worthy results. Currently, Sons of the Forest will be released only on PC, although the developers noted that they “would love to come to consoles in the future.”
