【蘋果回應 iPhone Duo內屏亮線開裂：少數設備存在，可申請換機】

10月23日，iPhone Duo作爲蘋果首款摺疊屏機型正式上市。上市後的本週末，陸續有用戶在網上反饋，設備內屏沿鉸鏈中心線出現裂紋，屏幕還伴隨有亮線、觸控失靈等問題；還有反饋稱在展開過程中聽到異響。

10月27日，蘋果在向9to5Mac發表的聲明中表示，公司“已知悉少數iPhone Duo機型的屏幕內側存在相關問題”，並稱受影響的用戶可聯繫售後申請更換。

蘋果還表示，該問題似乎會較早出現，大多數iPhone Duo機型不受影響。對於此問題，用戶無需購買AppleCare+即可更換。
