《Concord》服務器已關閉 遊戲正式下線

由於《Concord》玩家數量極少，索尼和Firewalk Studios決定在9月6日關閉這款遊戲。Firewalk通知所有玩家，遊戲服務器從當天開始正式停止運行，無法再訪問遊戲。

所有購買了遊戲的玩家將獲得退款。同時，Firewalk也向“所有加入Concord星系的玩家”表示感謝。至於遊戲未來的動向，目前尚未透露更多信息，也不清楚是否會重新啓動。

Given the incredibly low number of players who took part in the Freegunner adventure, Sony and Firewalk Studios have opted to close Concord, set for today, Friday, September 6. Firewalk reminded all players that from today the game’s servers are officially offline and it is no longer possible to access its services. All those who have purchased the title – we remind you – will receive a refund. Firewalk also took the opportunity to thank “all the Freegunners who have joined us in the Concord galaxy.” No further information was shared about the game, and it’s unknown if or when it will return, but Firewalk will likely have some serious thinking to do about what’s best for the studio going forward. Concord’s potential return remains shrouded in mystery at the moment, as Firewalk explained that they will “determine the best path forward” in the coming months. The impression is that the game will be shut down for a considerable amount of time, before likely being brought back as a free-to-play experience. However, it’s not out of the question that Sony could simply scrap the entire project and write it off as a bad experiment in its live service strategy.
