全球最大 IPO Anthropic 最高募資 1000 億美元，目標 2 萬億美元

SpaceX achieved the biggest-ever first-time sale when it raised $75 billion at the outset, and it later increased that figure to $86.2 billion with an overallotment option, according to the report.

Anthropic is currently running the numbers and expects to file publicly for its IPO as soon as the end of August, the report said.

Discussions are ongoing, and the size of the IPO and other details could change, per the report.

Anthropic did not immediately reply to PYMNTS’ request for comment.

Anthropic 最早可能會在本月底公開提交 IPO 申請，預估融資規模將超過此前 SpaceX 創造的紀錄。

全球首富埃隆 · 馬斯克旗下 SpaceX 於今年 6 月 IPO 上市初期，籌集了 750 億美圓，創下了史上規模最大的首次公開募股紀錄。

最終，加上超額配售選擇權，募資總額增至 862 億美元。

2026 年 6 月 1 日：Anthropic 此前已向 SEC 提交了保密形式的 IPO 登記聲明草案。 

Anthropic 計劃的募資規模預計與 SpaceX 持平或超越，甚至有望衝刺 1,000 億美元 大關，成爲全球歷史上最大規模的 IPO。

OpenAI 預計上市窗口可能推遲至 2026 年底或 2027 年，Anthropic 搶先公開上市將確立其在公開資本市場的先發敘事與流動性優勢。
